DSD Shipping

Shipping has played a significant role throughout human history. Ever since we started our business and launched our first auxiliary steamer in 1855, we have ensured safe transport of goods between international ports.
DSD Shipping was founded in 1989 as a subsidiary of DSD AS. Since then, the company has grown and developed into a modern and flexible player in tankers and charter operations.
DSD shipping has a fleet of five tankers sailing internationally as well as three ships that will be delivered during 2020. In addition, the company has commercial responsibility for two smaller ships.
As humans we affect the environment around us, both at sea and on land. DSD Shipping will contribute to sustainable, global shipping without harmful consequences for life, health and the environment. That is why we equip our ships with the most environmentally friendly technology available on the market today.
